1. To go into Executive Session to discuss parent requests for the overturn of teacher determined retentions at 3:10 PM.

1. Presidio Preparedness Plan
   1. Detailed explanation of remote instruction and blended learning options and will include a survey to ascertain level of comfort in returning and preferred learning model. 
      1. Letters home to parents in elementary, middle, and high school
         1. Elementary School – Rotation Blended Learning
            1. Groups of 10 rotate between various stations
         2. Middle School – Block Blended Learning
            1. Groups of 10 students participate in all classes in person twice per week
            2. 6th grade students have an extra day on campus (Mondays)
         3. High School – Block Blended Learning
            1. Groups of 10 students participate in 3 classes per day, twice per week
            2. Freshman students have an extra day on campus
   2. New Positions

   1. Proposed to utilize remaining 40% of RB funding from 2019/2020 SY to hire K-5 paraprofessionals as opposed to additional chromebooks
   2. Proposed to utilize 40% or any RB funding received in 2020/2021 SY to hire K-5 paraprofessionals
