Admissions Policy
Admission to Presidio Schools is not based upon ethnicity, national origin, gerder, income level, disabling comdition, proficiency in the English language or athletic ability. Presidio is an Arizona Charter School, which is wholly funded by the State of Arizona and other government and private grants, which means that our students do not pay any tuition or fees.
Even books and school supplies are provided for all students - free of charge.
Presidio Schools offers open enrollment throughout the school year and students are enrolled based upon a "first come, first served" basis.
You will need to aquire a registration packet, complete the application and other forms included in the packet. Your name will not be placed on the waiting list until the registration packet is completed. Upon verification of a complete registration packet, the date and time section will be filled in. This data is used to verify your correct placement on the waiting list. Once you have been placed on the waiting list, please do not forget to notify Presidio
Schools at once of any address or phone number changes.
In addition to the forms enclosed with the registration packet, you will need to provide the following documents as part of the registration process:
1. School Transcripts
2. Copy of Birth Certificate
3. Immunization Records
4. Disciplinary Records
5. Withdrawal form from previous school
6. For Special Education Student
*An IEP is required for students receiving special
education services.
